Las Palmas (Guanarteme) – Water Damage & Remediation (2026)

The roof and old windows let rain in – the laminate flooring had swollen. We completely replaced the roof, dried out the apartment, and installed hotel-quality click-PVC flooring.

Construction time: 10 days.

San Agustín – Bathroom renovation & complete sanitary renewal (2026)

Complete renovation of the bathroom and design of a new terrace (pictures to follow).


During the work, a severely outdated installation was discovered – after consulting with the owner, we renewed the water supply and drainage pipes throughout the holiday apartment and moved the hot water heater from the kitchen to the outside.

Construction time: 10 days.

Las Palmas (city center) – Garage for 2-room apartment (2026)

Conversion of a garage into a completely independent 2-room apartment with kitchen & bathroom. From "before" to "after": new living space, cleanly implemented.

Construction time: 21 days.

We currently have two complete core renovations (each with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom), two terrace renovations and a small bathroom renovation running in parallel.


We stand for German quality standards and perfect implementation – and that requires clean planning and fixed timeframes.
